Please note that the PC labs: WB.1.10, WB.1.15 and the Mac labs: WB.1.07, WB.1.11, WB.1.26 and WB.1.27 are now booked by the Timetabling Unit and not by the MPS.
We would like to remind all staff that the current formula for calculating Technical Demonstrator hours is: 1 hour per 20 students for each teaching week. Please observe this when making your booking. However, if you need more demonstrator hours in a particular week and less in other weeks, you should indicate this in your booking form (within the 1 hour per 20 students for each teaching week formula, of course); we will try to make appropriate arrangements with the Technical Demonstrators.
Please remember that Technical Demonstrators are employed to assist in delivering lectures or workshops, and are not allowed to teach or take the responsibility for the class.
